  • We use high-quality French chocolate, specifically Cacao Barry and Valrhona, and American Guittard chocolate for our bonbons. We also use fresh local ingredients for fruit and nut fillings.

  • Yes, our kitchen handles common allergens like peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, egg, and wheat. All products are clearly labeled with allergens.

  • Now, our operations are governed by California's cottage food regulations, restricting our sales and delivery to within the state. However, we have plans to grow our reach and offer nationwide shipping in the future.

  •  The cocoa butter, when melted to a butter-like consistency, is tinted and used for coloring the molds. We employ various methods including hand-painting, airbrushing, and brush application to achieve a range of artistic visual effects.

  • Store them in a cool, dark, and air-conditioned room. Avoid refrigeration as it affects the texture and appearance.

  • Our chocolates contain about 35-45 calories each

  • Chocolates are made twice a week in our kitchen, with love and a huge inspiration.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days of receipt. If there's a delay for any reason, we'll inform you about the new expected shipping date. Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday to prevent them from staying in warm facilities over the weekend.

  • We take every measure to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. For temperatures above 70°F, we include an ice pack and opt for 1-day shipping. We also offer pickup and delivery in the Mission Viejo, CA area. Please be mindful of your package's exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
