Starting my business in Ukraine was a dream come true. My studio was a place where creativity knew no bounds. We didn’t just make chocolate candy; we crafted edible art – from exquisite cakes and delicate macarons to unique dragée and whimsical chocolate figurines. but it was a dream tested by unforeseen challenges. The advent of COVID-19 was a hurdle, but it was the war that truly tested my resolve. I had to relocate with my son, first to Europe and then to Orange County. These were challenging times, but they didn't dampen my spirit. Instead, they fueled my resilience and creativity, my passion for chocolate remained unshaken. Instead of being crushed, I found new strength. Difficult times made me resilient, and my creativity thrived amidst adversity.
